Faye Arlene Green (Gibson), age 84, of Hartville, passed away on Friday November 20, 2015. Faye was born in Canton, Ohio on October 6, 1931; daughter to Ersill and Plina (Branham) Gibson; she was a graduate of Marlboro High School, class of 1949. Faye married her high school sweetheart Donald Dale Green. They were married for 63 years. Faye completed training for medical assistant/technician at Carnegie Institute in Cleveland and flourished in her career beginning at Hartville Medical Clinic (medical assistant); continuing for Molly Stark Hospital (lab technician/director), and worked the remaining years of her career in medical sales. For years, not only was she a wife and mother, she maintained local and civic involvement which included: Hartville Garden Club, Hartville Women's Club and Cub Scout den mother. She loved to cook, especially for her family and her special creative touches could be seen throughout their home and during the holidays. Faye was preceded in death by her husband Don on September 11, 2015. They had been caregivers to each other and had remained inseparable. She is survived by her children John M. Green of Saegertown, PA, Ron (Bev) Green of Hartville, Susan (Dave) Baxter of St. Charles, IL; grandchildren Kelly (Alex) Poe of Columbus and William Green of Hartville. The family will receive callers between the hours of 3 and 5 pm, Saturday November 28 th at Arnold's in Hartville.
