Fanny B. Sommers, age 90, of Uniontown, Ohio peacefully passed away at home on Thursday November 10, 2016.

She was born November 28, 1925 in Hartville, Ohio. Daughter of the late Simon and Lena Overholt.

She is survived by her loving husband of 71 years, Simon Sommers; 7 children Ron (Florence) Sommers of Parrish, Florida, Eugene (Ruth) Sommers of Uniontown, Marion (Jan) Sommers of Bradenton, Florida, Mike (Ruby) Sommers of Sarasota, Florida, Tim (Mary) Sommers of Uniontown, Sharon (Lowell) Hershberger of Uniontown, Steve (Sue) Sommers of Sarasota, Florida; 28 grandchildren, 59 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson. Preceded in death by 10 brothers. She was greatly loved and will be deeply missed.

Calling hours are Saturday 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Hartville Conservative Mennonite Church. Funeral services are Sunday 2 PM at the church. Final resting place is Walnut Grove Cemetery.
