Faith Anne Flickinger, age 81, of Canton passed away Monday, November 12, 2018, in Altercare of Louisville. She was born September 11, 1937 in Canton to Carl M. and Anne C. (Rich) Carpinelli. She was a 1955 McKinley High School Graduate and graduated from Ohio University. Faith Anne worked for Ohio Bell and in then owned Lucia's Restaurant with her Brother Carl Carpinelli from 1987 to 2007. In 2009 she opened the new Lucia's in Jackson Township with a new partner. She was a member of St Peter Catholic Church, was a board member and past president of Tri County Restaurant Association and was an animal lover. Survivors include a niece, Carla Louise Carpinelli of Canton; nephew, Michael (Julianne) Carpinelli of Canton; sister-in-law, Theresa Carpinelli of Canton; great nieces and nephews, Nicholas and Alyssa Carpinelli, Branden and Jessica Ball. She was preceded in death by her brother Carl Carpinelli March 24, 2018. Following cremation, the family will receive friends Friday 10-11:00 a.m. at the Arnold Funeral Home in Canton. A memorial service will begin at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. John E. Sheriden officiating. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
