Eva Louise Martin, age 59 of Canton, passed away unexpectedly on the evening of January 4th, 2023.  She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Eva had many hobbies, but she especially loved baking, crafting, online shopping, and taking care of others.  She was a compassionate and caring soul that will be missed by all that knew her. Her grace and nurturing spirit will live on through her loving children, grandchildren, and all the lives that she touched throughout the years.

Eva was born February 7th, 1963 in Lizemores, West Virginia to the late Paul Luther and Janet Marie Stickley.  In addition to her parents, Eva was preceded in death by her older sister Patricia Otto.

Eva is survived by her loving husband of 32 years, Dan Martin; three children, Josh (Aaron) Young, Stephanie (Don) Miller, and Dan Martin II; four brothers, John, Billy, David and Howard Stickley; and faithful companion Ginger.  Eva was a doting grandmother to her six grandchildren, Grace, Wyatt, Allison, Max, Thomas, and Finley as well as her great-grandson Augustus.

Calling hours will be held Sunday, January 15th at Arnold Funeral Home, 1517 Market Ave. North from 11AM to 1PM with a celebration of life to be held at Falcone's Tavern, 5029 Tuscarawas St. West from 1:30PM to 5:00PM.  In Lieu of flowers the family requests that a donation be made to a children's charity of your choice in her honor.
