Esther Geiger, age 98, of Canton passed away Sunday April 6, 2008 in the comfort of her home. She was born October 01, 1909 in Syracuse , New York to the late Benjamin and Minnie (Gordon) Frankel. Esther was a member of Temple Israel. Preceded in death by her husband Herman P. Geiger; She is survived by her daughter Sue Danford (Peter) of Shaker Heights, OH; grandsons Peter Danford (Jane) of Beijing, China, Ken Danford (Tamara Kaplan) of Montague, Ma., Bruce Danford (Yumi) of Columbus, OH and 6 great grand children (Sam, Claudia, Maika, Seth, Jenna, Lucas) A Memorial service will be held Friday April 11, 2008 at 11:30 AM in Temple Israel with Rabbi John Spitzer officiating.
