Eric John McCleary, age 50, of Canton Health Care Center passed away Monday evening in Mercy Medical Center. Eric was born in Canton to the late Eric Howard and Marjorie Lenore (McCleary) Grunder. A graduate of McKinley High School, member of the Northwest (formerly Market Avenue) Church of Christ, he was employed by TACO Bell and had worked as a salesman for more than 20 years with Handi Clean Products. Eric enjoyed the Cleveland Browns, Indians and Cavaliers, as well watching Jimmy Johnson of NASCAR. Eric was a very gentle man who had a positive affect on all who knew him. He will be greatly missed by his many friends. A memorial service will be Thursday, October 29, 2009 at 7pm in the Northwest Church of Christ 3904 38th Street NW Canton with Minister Keith Kull officiating.
