Eric H.G. Cameron passed away quietly on July 21, 2009 at the age of 89. He is survived by two sons, Norman and Wayne. He lived passionately as a mechanical engineer, having starting his career as a machinist. As a consultant he found of saying, "I am as comfortable behind the drafting board as in the machine shop, which was no idle boast." He spent years as an apprentice tool and die maker before being educated in mechanical engineering at Ohio State University. His grandson, Caleb wants to follow in his footsteps as an engineer in the automotive industry. His wishes were to not have a funeral service or visitation.
