Emma "Pat" Shott, age 94 of Canton passed away Wednesday afternoon August 14, 2024, in Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital. She was born May 19, 1930, in Canton to Leroy and Anna Marie Nist. Emma had worked at Superior Switchboard and was an active member of First Evangelical Church of Canton.  She was devoted to her family and loved family gatherings and bowling.

She is survived by daughters, Marsha (Ralph) Pyle, Diana Leggett, Marlene (Tim) Young, Donna (Rick) Wissmar; son William Shott; brother Paul Nist; seven grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Private family services will be held, and burial will be in Sunset Hills Memory Garden.
