Emma Miller, age 94, formerly of Uniontown, went home to be with the Lord on Friday morning June 13, 2014 At Walnut Hills Nursing Home where she recently resided. She was born on September 5, 1919 in Canton to the late Valentine and Rebecca (King) Schlabach. She married Phineas Miller on October 10, 1940 and shared 54 years of matrimony before he passed on September 5, 1995. She was a member of Pleasant View Amish Mennonite Church. Preceded in death by her son Mervin Miller in 2013, 2 sisters and 2 brothers and a grandson Adron Zimmerman; she is survived by her 10 children William (Alta) Miller of Blackville, SC, Alta (Leroy) Hershberger of Salineville, Ohio, Miriam Yoder of Hartville, Glenn (Marie) Miller of Hartville, Nelson (Betty) Miller of Middlebury, IN, Phineas Jr. (Sylvia) Miller of Hartville, Rhoda (Paul) Yoder of Hartville, Mary (Larry) Johnson of Sarasota, FL, Martha (Alan) DiGiovanni of Jenson Beach, FL, Elsie (Kermit) Zimmerman of Goshen, IN; 34 grandchildren and 67 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters Mabel Weaver, Lydia Miller and brother Nelson Schlabach.
