Emery H. Kuhn Jr., "TUT", age 76, of Hartville, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday morning, May 11, 2014 in the comfort of his home with his loving family by his side. He was born in Hartville, Ohio on August 13, 1937 to the late Emery Sr. and Ruth (Machamer) Kuhn. He retired from Teledyne Monarch Co. after 34 years of service and enjoyed being with his family. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Hazel Pontius; children Mike and Ginger Kuhn of Navarre, Greg and Julie Kuhn of Bolivar, Todd and Melanie Kuhn of Hartville, Jenny and A.J. Tharp of Homeworth; grandchildren Andy and Anna Kuhn, Sara and Ethan Kuhn, Jessi (Tommy) Kamerer, Emily and Abby Kuhn, Aaron John, Chelsea and Matt Tharp; siblings Pat (Corvin) Miller, Sandy (Don) Palmer, Ronald- deceased (Janice) Kuhn, Robert (Linda) Kuhn; other relatives and friends. Calling hours are Wednesday 11 AM- 1 PM at Arnold Funeral Home Hartville and services will begin after calling hours conducted by Pastor Tom Sawyer. Final resting place is Mount Peace Cemetery. It gives us great comfort to know that Emery died on the same day his mother died, only 30 years ago, both on Mother's Day, and she led him home.
