Elvira "Vi" Sparks, age 87, passed away March 31st 2014. Born in Akron, Ohio where she lived most of her life. Vi moved to North Canton in 2002. She was a hard worker being employed with the A& P Tea Company for 25 years, Crystalloid Electronics Co. for 15 years and the Coupon Clearing Corp. for 13 years. Vi is survived by her daughter Carolyn Tillett of Canton and her son, Jeffrey (Brenda) Sparks of Louisville. Two grandchildren; Christopher (Allison) Tillett and Julie (Scott) Burgess both of Canton. Five great-grandchildren; Ashley, Ella and Mya Tillett and Madison and Griffin Burgess. Brother, James Fatica of Akron and sister, Delores (Rex) Shirey of Akron. Two nieces, three nephews and several cousins also survive. Following Vi's wishes cremation has taken place.
