Elsie P. Harper, age 102, of North Canton, passed away Sunday morning after living a full life. Born in Canton to the late Benjamin and Carrie (Walters) Reich, she had worked for the Timken Company and retired in 1972 from Goodyear Aerospace after 29 years. Elsie was a member of RWB Squadron during WWII, North Canton O.E.S. and American Legion Auxiliary Unit 436. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Ralph in 1990, brothers; Walter and James and Step-son; Thomas Harper, II. Elsie is survived by a niece Kathy and caregiver; Carol Brown, several other nieces and nephews also survive. In addition friends: Marilyn, Connie, Ashley, and Ann and many more friends and a host of friends at Variety's Restaurant in North Canton. Elsie also leaves her loving dog, "Maggie". Funeral service will be 12 noon Friday in the Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home 4817 Cleveland Ave. NW. with Rev. Kevin Slyh officiating. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.
