Elma Sue Wells, age 82, of Magnolia went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday morning November 4, 2009. She was born July 16, 1927 in Massillon to the late Joseph and Ruth (Young) Jordan. She was a loving mother and homemaker. She was an active member of The Rosary Society, Holy Trinity Church in Bolivar and Sandy Valley Eagles 3228. Elma was a supporter of the Humane Society, as well as a honorary member of many charities. Preceded in death by her husband Ora Clinton Wells in 1999, daughter Carolyn Rastetter in 2004, brother Joseph Jordan and sister Josephine "Tootie" Marty. She is greatly loved and will be deeply missed by her sons and daughters-in-law, Anthony and Lois Wells of Dover and Daniel and Susan Wells of Alliance; grandchildren Lori (Chris) Rastetter of Canton, Lisa Patrick of NJ, Angela (Jimbo) Crowe of PA, Chandra (Jamee) Waters of FL, Kevin Green of Bolivar, Michael (Amber) Wells of Jackson, Adrienne Grove of VA, Ashley Grove of VA; 11 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren; sisters Margarite Paul of Massillon and Cora Bulman of Massillon; and many nieces and nephews. Calling hours are Friday 5-8 PM and Saturday 11-12:00 noon at the Arnold Funeral Home in Canton. Funeral services are Saturday 12 noon in the funeral home with Deacon Lyn Houze officiating.
