Elma Mae "Billie" Hoffman, age 94, of Naples, Florida, passed away Monday, March 14, 2016. She was born on February 21, 1922 in Canton, Ohio to the late Walter and Margaret (Caldwell) Hilscher. Billie graduated from Dennison University and received her master's degree from the Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing at Case Western Reserve University.

She was a member of the Canton Junior League and the Aultman Hospital Women's Board for many years and enjoyed years of golfing, tennis and bridge as a member of the Quail Creek Country Club of Naples, Florida and the Congress Lake Club of Hartville, Ohio.

Elma Mae was preceded in death by her husband Robert L. Hoffman on January 27, 2013 and by her brother Richard C. Hilscher. She is the loving mother to Robert (Ellen) Hoffman and James (Pat) Hoffman; grandmother to Christopher (Erin) Hoffman, Rachel (James) Daniel, Nicholas Hoffman, Andrew Hoffman and Joshua Hoffman; and great-grandmother to Jason and Joshua Daniel.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at First Presbyterian Church of Bonita Springs, Florida in the Price Chapel at 11:00 AM on Saturday, March 19, 2016. A private family service will be held in Canton, Ohio at a later date.
