Ellen E. Kegg, age 82, of Uniontown, OH died Sunday morning in Aultman Hospital after a brief illness. A life resident of Canton, she was a graduate of Timken High School, received her BS degree in education from Ohio State University and her Masters from Kent State University. Mrs. Kegg taught school at Grove City & Uniontown Elementary and Lake Middle School. She was a life long member of First Baptist Church, also a member of DAR, Canton Symphony League, O.E.S. and Alpha Gamma Delta Fraternity. She is survived by her husband of over 60 years Wendell Kegg of the residence. Daughter: Mrs. Kelvin (Kathryn) Nance of Stafford, VA. Two sons: Steven and Charles Kegg both of Uniontown. Four grandchildren: Charles, Elizabeth, David & James. Brother: Carl Ebie of Coschocton, OH. Funeral service will be Wednesday 11:00 AM in First Baptist Church with Rev. Kevin Slyh and Rev. Greg Becker officiating. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 9 to 11 AM in the church on Wednesday.
