Ella Beachy, age 95, of Hartville, went home to be with the Lord on Friday November 23, 2012 with family by her side. She was born in Burton, Ohio on April 20, 1917 to the late Salvinia and Katie (Yoder) Slabaugh. She helped her husband, Dan, in his landscape contractor business and a member of the Hartville Conservative Mennonite Church. Preceded in death by her husband of 72 years Dan E. Beachy on February 16, 2012; son Paul; daughter-in-law Miriam; 2 brothers Andy and Owen Slabaugh; and sister Ada Schlabach. She is survived by her 3 sons and daughters-in-law, Owen and Hannah of Hartville, Joni and Mary Ellen of Indiana, Lloyd of North Canton; grandchildren Theresa (Bob) Miller, Kevin (Dena), Matthew (Carol), Aaron (Krista), Rhonda (Roland) Schrock, Shawn (Lisa), Todd, Ryan (Eunice), Tina (Richard) Denlinger, Karen (David) Miller; 41 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson; and 2 sisters-in-law Catherine and Edna Slabaugh. Calling hours are (today) Sunday 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Hartville Conservative Mennonite Church. Funeral services are Monday 10 AM in the church with Eugene Sommers officiating. Final resting place is Walnut Grove Cemetery.
