Elizabeth Mary Herold

Elizabeth "Liz" M. (Ericksen) Herold, age 59 of Louisville, passed away March 17th, 2026. She was born on August 19th, 1966, in Canton to Glenn and Barbara (Smith) Ericksen.

Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Victor Herold; brothers, Glenn Jr., Edward and Paul Ericksen.

She is survived by her daughter Jaimie Herold; son, Victor Herold; granddaughter, Luci, sister's Deborah Ericksen, Pam Ericksen, and Julie (Jeremy Hess) Ericksen; brother's Christian and Mark Ericksen.

Liz kept to herself for the most part, sharing time with her family and friends and cat "Black-toe". She was a master of the oven and always had sweets prepared when someone stopped by. She enjoyed going outside and feeding the squirrels and chipmunks and even a raccoon (rack-o) in the front yard while yelling at the blue jays to get away. She never forgot a date or time of anything important, showing up on time is a different story. She was a softball player that still enjoyed playing catch outside until she could not anymore.

Liz will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 2:00 PM at North Lawn Cemetery, 4927 Cleveland Ave NW, Canton, OH 44709.
