Elizabeth "Beth" Ketterer Aman, 87, of North Canton, passed away on July 23, 2025.

She was born in Canton on March 19, 1938, to the late John and Anne (Hunt) Ketterer.

Beth was a Hoover graduate and received her BA in Mathematics from Rosemont College. She married her beloved husband of 60 years, John, in 1961.  She took pride in helping to raise four faithful boys.

She worked alongside her husband and son Mike in their family business, Met-All Industries and Colonial Chemical for nearly 30 years.  Previously, she worked for the Timken company, taught middle school and college level mathematics, and spent a few years as a travel agent.

Beth had a life-long passion for reading, sewing and gardening. She enjoyed making quilts, blankets and wall hangings for her family. In her younger years she was a good athlete, playing both golf and tennis.  She was the only one in the family of golfers that had a hole-in-one.  Beth was a lifelong, faithful member of her local Catholic church at Little Flower and St. Paul's.

She is preceded in death by husband John and survived by her children John (Beth), Michael (Lori), Jim (Stacie) and Matt (Julie); grandchildren Mike, Chris (Bridgette), Anna, Alex, Sydney, Emily (Will), Clare, Liam, Eric and Kyle; great-grandchildren Felicity, Augustine and Amelia; and siblings John Ketterer, William (Jan) Ketterer and Margaret "Polly" Noethlich.

The family will receive friends on Friday, August 1st from 9:00 a.m.-10:15 a.m. at Arnold-Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral, 4817 Cleveland Ave., Canton.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. at St. Paul's Catholic Church, 241 S Main St, North Canton.  Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul's Catholic Church.
