Eileen Harvey, age 91 of North Benton, formerly of Hartville, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday January 31, 2021. She was born in Asheville, North Carolina on April 23, 1929 to the late Marshall James and Althea (Stroup) Owen. She had been a wife, mother and homemaker who also worked at Islay's and Monarch. She loved canning, dancing and cooking big meals for her family. Her biggest joy was spending time with her family.

Preceded in death by her husband of 54 years John E. Harvey Sr.; and brother Howard Owen.

She is survived by her 5 children Doug (Karen) Harvey of Alliance, Dee (Vern) Oswald of Mantua, Jim (Debbie) Harvey of Swannanoa, NC, John (Cindy) Harvey of Rock Island, TN, and Kathy (Troy) Butler of North Benton; 17 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; 17 Great-great-grandchildren; sister Hazel Stines of Black Mountain, NC; and dear friend Rose Mills.
