Dorothy E Chapman, age 102, passed away Sunday morning at the Aultman Compassionate Care Center. Dorothy was a 1937 graduate of McKinley High School. She married Victory M Chapman in 1939 and they celebrated her 71st wedding anniversary in 2010, just before Vic's passing. Dorothy enjoyed a variety of hobbies including needle work, macrame, and playing the electronic organ. She was a member of Crossroads United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by her parents George and Dorothy (Bragg) Conley. Dorothy is survived by her son Eric. The family wishes to extend their sincerest thank you to the angels at the Aultman Compassionate Care Center for their loving care of Dorothy in her final days. Funeral service will be 12 noon Thursday in the Arnold & Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home 4817 Cleveland Ave. NW. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to the service (11-12). Masks and social distancing will be observed.
