Doris June Mohler, age 88, of Hartville, passed away on Saturday September 26, 2015. She was born in Canton on June 18, 1927 to the late Joy and Irma Mills. She graduated from Timken High School. Doris was a secretary for the Hoover Company. She was a nationally known button collector who was well respected for sharing her knowledge. At the Hartville United Church of Christ, she participated in the Go-Getters. Preceded in death by her husband Virgil; daughter Linda Kay Morris; and brother Joy Mills. She will be missed by her family including her daughters Dawn (Paul) Bowers, Joni (Eddie) Nagel; son-in-law John Morris; grandchildren Jeff, Jeremy, Sarah, Jessica, Jacob, Meghan, Daniel and Joshua and 17 great-grandchildren. Calling hours are Tuesday 3-5 PM at Arnold Funeral Home, Hartville, with services beginning promptly on Tuesday 5 PM at the funeral home with Eric Coblentz officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Akron Button Club or Hartville Mennonite Church, MYF (Mennonite Youth Fellowship).
