Doris C. Harris, age 89, of Canton passed away on Wednesday January 4, 2012 at St. Luke Lutheran Community. She was born in Canton on December 8, 1922 to the late Hayes and Kathryne (Weidman) Crum. She retired from United Bank and enjoyed her friends, family and pets. She is survived by her daughter Mary Kathryne Miller of Canton; granddaughter Michelle (Mitchell) Raebel and great-granddaughter Hannah all of Canton; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister Mary Jane Risher and brother-in-law Frances "Bud" Risher. The family extends special thanks to St. Luke Lutheran Community, Davita Dialysis Center, Heather Ridge and Crossroads Hospice of Northeast Ohio for their exceptional care. Her wish was to be cremated and private burial has taken place.
