Dolores B. Mickey, age 84, of North Canton, passed away Friday, April 20, 2012 at the Inn at Belden Village. She was born on April 5, 1928 in Cleveland to the late Henry and Carrie (Balcerzak) Ornas. Dolores was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church of North Canton and was a volunteer at Aultman Hospital for many years. Along with her husband she enjoyed dancing at the Eagles Club. Preceded in death by her husband Lawrence on June 23, 2011 and by her son Clifford Mickey in 2005. She is survived by a daughter Kerrie (Jim) Matre of Cincinnati; sons, James Stevens of North Canton, Dale (Martha) Mickey of Columbus; sister, Norma Prokop of Parma; brother, Bob Ornas of Independence; grandchildren, Ryan (Angela) Cronin of San Francisco, CA, Anne (Chad) Yano of Westerville and Wade Mickey of Columbus. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at 1:00 pm in the Arnold Funeral Home in Canton with Fr. Patrick Manning as celebrant. Friends may call two hours prior to the services, 11-1:00 pm on Saturday in the funeral home.
