With love and gratitude for a life well lived.
"A mother's love is the first love we know, and a grandmother's love is the one that stays forever."
Today we honor and celebrate the life of Dixie Lynch, a woman whose life was rich with purpose, love, faith, and devotion to her family. Her kindness touched countless lives, and her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. Dixie was a cherished mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is survived by her three children, her beloved granddaughter, Alycia Lynch, and her two treasured great-grandchildren, Amelia and Rocky.
Dixie was a devoted wife to her beloved husband, James Lynch, with whom she shared many years of marriage and a deep, enduring love. After James's passing in 1993, she carried his memory with her always, remaining faithful to the life and love they built together.
As a stay-at-home mother, Dixie dedicated herself wholeheartedly to raising her three children, James Jr, Denise, and Renee. Providing them with unconditional love, guidance, and support. She also shared her passion and joy with others by teaching ballroom dance classes, bringing elegance, confidence, and friendship into the lives of many.
Those who knew Dixie will remember her for her generous spirit, gentle heart, quick wit, and wonderful sense of humor. She had a rare gift for making people feel loved, welcomed, and valued. Her faith guided her throughout her life and was reflected in the compassion, grace, and selflessness she showed every day.
For her granddaughter, Alycia, Dixie was far more than a grandmother—she was a source of unconditional love, strength, comfort, and guidance. The bond they shared was unbreakable, built on a lifetime of memories, laughter, wisdom, and unwavering support. Her love helped shape the person Alycia became, and her influence will remain a lasting gift for generations to come.
Though our hearts are heavy with her passing, we find comfort in the beautiful life she lived and the legacy she leaves behind. Her love continues in her children, grandchild, great-grandchildren, and in every life she touched with her warmth and generosity.
Dixie Lynch will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever cherished.
