Dennis Lee "Denny" Himebaugh, age 78, of Hartville, passed away on Friday August 25, 2023. He was born in Canton on September 12, 1944 to the late Doyle and Iona (Hostetler) Himebaugh. He served as a Mechanic Specialist in the US Air Force for 8 years which includes Thailand and Guam tours. He owned Himebaugh Drywall, Inc. and D & M Drywall for over 50 years. In addition, he locally farmed over 800 acres. He was a lifetime member of Mogadore VFW Post 8487, a Mason of McKinley Lodge, Scottish Rite, and member of Yusef- Khan Grotto. He enjoyed hunting season with his son and friends as well as traveling and golfing with his wife and friends.

He is survived by his wife Janet; daughter Robin (Jerry) Duff; son Matt (Angie Stoltz) Himebaugh; sister Helen "Sue" Wise; brother Paul Himebaugh; grandchildren Keith and Audrey Duff; siblings-in-law Richard (LouAnne)Klauka, Daniel and Joyce Klauka; and MANY relatives and friends.

Calling hours are Tuesday September 5th, 9-11 AM at Arnold Funeral Home Hartville. Funeral services are Tuesday 11 AM at the funeral home. Committal scheduled Tuesday 1:15 PM at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please contribute to a Veterans group of your choice. A funeral meal is provided following services at the Mogadore VFW at 3:30 PM.
