David Leonard Snyder, age 73, of Louisville, passed away Monday in Aultman Hospital. David was born in Danville, PA to the late Leonard and Anne (Carson) Snyder. He was a 1966 graduate of Mount Union College and an avid Purple Raiders fan. David owned and operated Di-Pro Systems. He was an Eagle Scout, volunteer at Aultman Hospital, member of HOF Luncheon Club, New Philadelphia Lodge No. 177 F. & A.M. and Christ Presbyterian Church. David is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Mildred Jones Snyder; son, Ryan Carson Snyder and daughter, Averi (David) Hudson; 5 grandchildren, Molly, Riley, Emily, Jack and Brayden; sisters, Laura (Dick)Whinery and Susan (Ed) Newman. A memorial service will be 11:30 a.m. Friday in the Christ Presbyterian Church with Rev. David L. deVries officiating. A private burial will be held in North Lawn Cemetery for the family. Friends may call on Thursday 5 to 8 p.m. in the Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home 4817 Cleveland Ave. NW.
