David Newman, 83 passed away in Tamarac, Florida on Tuesday, January 17, 2006. He was a member of Beth Israel, temple in Warren and was a U.S. Army veteran during W.W. II. Mr. Newman owned the Vogue Men's Wear clothing store which he operated for many years on Park Avenue in Warren. He was a graduate of Warren G. Harding High School and Ohio State University. While living in Canton he was a member of Temple Israel and Arrowhead Country Club. Survivors include his loving wife of 57 years, Dorothy (Stone) Newman of Tamarac, his son's and daughter-in-law Daniel Newman of Indianapolis and Dennis and Pam Newman of Winston-Salem, six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren and brother Bernard Newman of Adventura, Florida. Funeral services will be held in Canton on Friday, January 20 at 1:00 PM at Temple Israel with Rabbi John Spitzer officiating. Burial will be in West Lawn cemetery.
