A Loving generous spirit took flight on October 21st when our dearest son and beloved brother left this earth. David Edwin Herman was born November 19, 1965. He attended St. Joseph's, Suffield and graduated from Lake High School in 1984. He loved travel and adventure and spent his early years working in Texas, Connecticut, Montreal and Toronto. No matter where he traveled he always ended up near water. He loved sailing and fishing. In recent years, he resided with family at 74 East Drive, Hartville, where he focused his energy on lawn care, gardening and restoring his pride and joy, a 1970 Chevelle. He loved music and was talented on both piano and guitar. We love you Dave and you will be missed greatly by all whose lives you blest: mother Jeanne Herman, sister Susan Williams, brother Chris Herman, aunt Rosemary Walker, all your many cousins and friends, and your beloved cat Sam. He was preceded in death by father Norbert Herman and sister Lisa Herman. A Mass to Celebrate David's Life was held at St. Bernard Church, Akron, Ohio on Friday October 27th.
