IN LOVING MEMORY OF
David B.
Harper
November 4, 1954 – January 18, 2022
David B. Harper, age 67, of Hartville, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday January 18, 2022. He was born in Parkersburg, WV on November 4, 1954 to Brooks B. and Neva June (Hamric) Harper. He was a truck driver for approximately 20 plus years. David Harper was the jack of all trades and master of none. There wasn't anything that he couldn't fix. He was always dreaming about his next project. He always wanted to make sure his kids and grandchildren knew how to "fix things". David was a self taught skilled carpenter and many people have enjoyed the fruits of his labor. David was a farmer at heart, a devout family man and passionate about his walk with the Lord. His children and grandchildren were the sunshine of his day.
Preceded in death by his father Brooks Harper; brother Timothy Harper; and daughter-in-law Melanie Harper. He is survived by his wife of 45 years Elise; mother Neva June Harper; children April (Isaac) Wright, Christa (Lance) Troyer, Joshua (Tina) Harper and Aaron Harper; 13 grandchildren; Zachary, Isaiah, Daisy, Wyatt, Abigail, Kayli, Matthew, Kyle, Morgan, Jake, Colin, Tristin and Samantha; brother Steven (Karen) Harper; and other relatives and friends.
