David Craig Danner, age 65, of Massillon, passed away Sunday April 9, 2016 in Mercy Medical Center. He was born September 20, 1950 in Akron to Bob Danner and Mary Ann Mearig. David graduated from Devereux High School in Pennsylvania then worked at Danner Press and Brewster Dairy. He was well known at Bear Creek KOA where he volunteered and was an avid woodworker and many family members have furniture handcrafted by Dave.

He is survived by a daughter, Brianna Danner of New Philadelphia; his partner Jean Perryman; sisters and brothers- in-law, Katherine (Carey) Sloan of Bolivar, Mary (Robert) Lee of Malvern; nephew, Andrew Postlethwait and his family, Niece, Betsy Singer and her family. He was preceded in death by a brother Michael Danner.

Following cremation, a funeral service will be Friday 12:00 noon at the Arnold Funeral Home in Canton with Rev. Dr. Carey E. Sloan III officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service 11-12:00.
