David E. Cochran, age 74, of Louisville, went home on Monday August 15, 2022. He was born in Canton on April 4, 1948 to the late Max and Jean (Hostetler) Cochran, graduated from Lake High School and attended Heidelberg College. He was an Air Force Veteran serving during Vietnam War Era. David worked as a carpenter for Limbach Contractors and continued his custom carpentry retiring from Wadsworth Sash & Door. He was a longtime member of Werner United Methodist Church serving in many capacities and remembered for his special solos.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years Linda (Fox); children Megan (Fred) Saylor, Matthew (Katie) Cochran; grandchildren Logan and Chloe Saylor, Rocco Cochran; siblings Daryl, Ann and Jill Cochran; and other relatives and friends.

Calling hours are August 21, Sunday 3-6 PM at Arnold Funeral Home Hartville and one hour prior to services August 22, Monday 10-11 AM at Werner United Methodist Church. Funeral services are August 22 Monday 11 AM at the church with Pastor Jim Lawrence and Rev. Tony Jones officiating. Final resting place is Mount Peace Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the church or charity of donor's choice.
