Daniel Snyder 57, of Canton, passed away, December 8, 2024, after he lost his fight with ALS. He was born at Aultman Hospital in Canton, Ohio to the late Leo Snyder and Nancy (Hoot) Harmon. Dan loved spending time with family playing board games and just being his silly self! He was a gymnast who competed in the Jr. Olympics, loved performing magic, drawing, playing craps, going on cruises, and checking out shows in Las Vegas. Dan was a collector of things, such as music and magic memorabilia, and he was also a member of Canton Magicrafters. His latest acquisition was his cat by the name of Katie Kat, that he loved dearly and doted on her with everything he had.

Daniel is survived by his mother; Nancy Harmon, sisters; Darlene (Ray) Fast and Janet (Jay) Jenkins, nieces and nephews; Andy (Sara) Fast, Timmy (Riley) Fast, Crystal Fast, Kenny (Brittany) Hereford, Roderick (Kaylee) Jenkins, numerous great nieces and nephews, close neighbor Beverly, Katie Kat and many friends and coworkers from Massillon Cable.

Daniel is preceded by his father, Leo Snyder, and Gram and Grandpa.

Services for Daniel will be held Saturday, December 14 at 11:00am at Arnold Funeral Home, 1517 Market Avenue N, Canton, OH 44714. Friends may call 10:00 to 11:00. Services will be officiated by Pastor Barb Bartholomew.  The burial will be in Henry Warstler Cemetery.
