Daniel R. Meadows, age 79, of North Canton stepped into heaven and was greeted by his father JD and infant daughter, Jamie on March 18, 2025. He was born on November 14, 1945, to Jesse Daniel and Ruth (Bland) Meadows in Campbellsville, Ky and moved to Ohio in1960. He graduated from John Glenn High School and Muskingum College.  Daniel spent his career in education, spending time as a math teacher at Jackson Local Schools and finishing his career as the Math Coordinator for the Stark County Board of Education. He enjoyed time coaching baseball in North Canton Little League as well as bowling and golfing with friends and family. He served on the national board of Camps Farthest Out and his time spent with family was some of his most cherished times. He was an active member of John Knox Presbyterian Church serving as an Elder, Deacon, Sunday School teacher, and part of the men's prayer group as well as the praise team.

He is survived by his mother Ruth Meadows (Bland); wife Martha Meadows (Ludlow); children David (Melissa), Daniel W., Aaron (Anna) and Anna (Jonathan) White; grandchildren Blake, Brock, Kaitlin, Lauren, AJ, Emma, Nathan, and Rachel; brother Jerry (Ceslie) Meadows, nieces and nephew.

Graveside burial will take place Friday, March 21 at 1PM at Forest Hill Cemetery. Calling hours will be from 5-7 PM at John Knox Presbyterian Church. Memorial services will be Saturday, March 22 at 5 PM at the church.  In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be made to Stark County Young Life, P.O.
