Daniel "Danny B" Bacon, age 67 of Hartville passed away in Cleveland Clinic on Tuesday January 18, 2011 of Leukemia. He was born in Glendale, California. Preceded in death by his parents Samuel and Wilma; sisters Ruth, Naomi and Hannah. He is survived by his wife Linda of 34 years; his children Kelly (Kevin) Saeger, Steve (Layla) Bacon and Scott (fiancée Lynoor) Bacon; nine grandchildren Rona, Annie, Gus, Bella, Wyatt, Joe, Sydney, Cierra and Jordan, and also unborn grandson Adrian Daniel; 2 brothers Samuel and Michael and one sister Maggie; sister-in-law Constance (Don); brother-in-law Charles (Dianne) and brother-in-law Jim (Debby); and many extended family and friends. He was a journeyman plumber for most of his career but for some years also worked as a glazier. He retired in 2008 and was enjoying his time doing what he loved the most, spending time with his family and working in his yard and home. According to his wishes, he will be cremated and there will be no formal funeral services. Instead, there will be a Celebration of Life to be held at a later date.
