Before going to Akron Children's Hospital, she had offices in Canton with Social Services, where she made one of her very good friends, Margaret Delillo-Storey. Her great love of her family and her Aunt Eileen brought the confidence and strength that served her well in her career. She loved to travel, going to China multiple times, France, Italy, and Martinique among others many times. She loved gardening, birds, and animals. She will be missed by her four dogs, who brought her great happiness. I'll never hear your call each day and say "Mom are you okay?" Or in the evenings "What did you do today mom? Tell me about your day." My life will never be the same with just my memories but we shared a love few ever know, mine for her and hers for me. "Mom" she said, "You are always there for me" And she was there for me. -Mother "Of all sad words of tongue or pen - saddest are these: 'It might have been'" Calling hours will be held at Arnold Funeral Home, 1517 Market Ave N in Canton on Sunday 3-5 PM and one hour before services Monday(10-11 AM in the church.).
