Cora Mae Ringer, age 94, of Hartville and Marlboro, passed away on Sunday July 10, 2016. She was born in New Baltimore, Ohio on October 16, 1921 to the late Carl and Mae Ginther and graduated from Marlboro High School. She then married Virgil W. Ringer on January 25, 1947. She was a devoted wife and mother. During retirement, she enjoyed spending winters in Piney Pointe Park in Bradenton, Florida with her husband. She was a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church. Cora enjoyed fishing, camping and playing cards.

Preceded in death by her husband Virgil on September 20, 2013; 3 siblings Harold Ginther, Hazel Battershell and Owen Ginther. She is survived by her children Edwin and Margaret Ringer of Hartville, Linda and Charles Grant of Marlboro, Sandy and Denny Baker of Plain Township; grandchildren Rebecca (Mike) Brandvold, Susan (Dan) Skeggs, Timothy ( Niocole) Ringer, Katie Grant, Cory Baker; great-grandchildren Ryan and Dylan Brandvold, Lydia Skeggs, Sophia Ringer; other relatives and friends.

Calling hours are Wednesday 4-7 PM and Thursday 10-11 AM at Arnold Funeral Home Hartville. Funeral services are Thursday 11 AM in the funeral home with Rev. Nancy Manner officiating. Final resting place is Marlboro Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Aldersgate United Methodist Church. The family extends special thanks to the love and care Cora received at St. Joseph Care Center and from Aultman Hospice.
