Conal Lee Kennedy, age 73, of Massillon, passed away early Thursday morning August 29, 2013. He was born in West Hill, West Virginia to the late Calvin and Berneda (Croston) Kennedy on July 23,1940. He had been employed by H & H Auto Parts, Babcock & Wilcox, and had worked in construction. A member of the American Sportsman's Club in East Canton, Conal enjoyed fishing, hunting and boating. Especially, he loved being with his family. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Rosemary; daughters and sons-in-law Belinda and Ken Geiger of Malvern, Anita and Mark Hedrick of Jackson Township; son and daughter-in-law Michael and Lauri Kennedy of Canton; grandchildren Joshua (Brittany) Shanabarger, Jessica (Nate) Hoy, Noah and Madyson Hedrick, Adam and Andrew Geiger, Joshua (Jacy) Kennedy and Marissa Kennedy; great-granddaughters Joslynn and Jacqueline; sister Patricia Hill, brothers Paul (Karen) Kennedy and Opha "Sonny" (Mary) Kennedy all of East Canton. Preceded in death by 2 sisters and 4 brothers.
