Claris A. Domer, age 77, of North Canton, passed away unexpectedly Saturday morning August 4, 2012. She was born in Ivydale, West Virginia on June 26, 1935 to the late Walter E. and Jessie E. (Wilmoth) Norris and graduated from North Canton High School. She was a wife, mother and worked at Hoover Co., Belden Sand and Gravel, Heiser Sand and Gravel and Parsons Concrete Contractors. Claris was a member of the Hartville Church of the Brethren and Hartville AARP. Preceded in death by her husband of 50 years Melvin M. Domer on July 17, 2005; she is survived by her children Darrell (Christine) Domer of Uniontown, Joyce (David) Mohler of North Canton, Janet Byrd of Augusta, GA, and Dean (Debbie) Domer of Uniontown; 9 grandchildren Jennifer Koelble, Derek Domer, Rachel Mohler, Adam Mohler, Andrew Byrd, Mary Byrd, Danielle Domer, Drew Domer and Devan Domer; 2 great-grandchildren Nikkea O'Quinn and Darien "Storm" Koelble; siblings John (Kathy) Norris of CA and Myra (Robert) DeMarco of North Canton. Friends may call Fri 5-8 PM at Arnold Funeral Home Hartville and an hour prior to services Saturday 9-10 AM. Funeral services will be Saturday 10 AM in the funeral home with Pastor Anthony DiMarco officiating. Final resting place is Sunset Hills Memory Gardens.
