Clarence L. "Bud" Rogers Jr., age 86, of Hartville, passed away on Sunday December 15, 2013. He was born January 17, 1927 to the late Clarence L. Sr. and Sylvia (Santrock) Rogers. After serving in the U. S. Navy, he graduated from University of Akron. He was an Electrical Engineer for the Aerospace and Tire Industries in Akron. After retirement, Clarence with his wife Ruth enjoyed wintering in Bonita Springs, Florida. He was a distinguished member of Congress Lake Club for over 50 years. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Ruth; children Kelvin (Mary Ann) Rogers of Uniontown, Cindy (Jeff) Biggs of Wooster, Vicki (Charles) Grispin of Akron, James (Mary) Rogers of Hartville; grandchildren Gwyndolyn (Bill) Boring, Joshua (Erin) Rogers, Charles and Elena Grispin, Logan, Luke, London and Wyatt Rogers; and sister Eva Gae (Jim) Blackwell of Georgia.
