Cheryl Alspaugh Christian, age 66, of Canton, died peacefully Monday in Aultman Hospital after an extended illness. Born in Canton to the late Lee & Dorothy (Drukenbrod) Alspaugh she was a life resident. Cheryl was a graduate of Lincoln High School and retired from the Hoover Company after 40 years of service. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers: Richard and Jan. Survivors include her husband; Michael Christian of the residence. Sister: Linda Repasky and niece Michelle Falin both of Florida. Nephews Ted Arena of Kentucky & Ethan Buchanon also of Florida. Numerous other nieces, nephews and great nieces & nephews also survive. In accordance with Cheryl's wishes a private service will take place. Entombment will be in the North Lawn Mausoleum.
