Charles Kenneth Hilkey, age 91 of North Canton passed away Monday March 21, 2016. He was born in Cairo, West Virginia February 16, 1925 and was a WW II Navy Veteran. Ken was known as the happy harmonica player. He loved being useful, was good at doing things, and loved his God.

He was preceded in death by his first wife of 40 years Margaret (Peggy), second wife of 13 years Evelyn; and sister Irene Alestock.

He is survived by his children Megan, Kristen, Michael and Justin Hilkey; and other relatives including Jim and Tammy Proctor, Johnny Ray and Theresa Alestock, Elaine Batten, Ken and Nancy Barker, Jacob, James, Arthur and Carrie Barker.

Funeral services are Thursday 11:00 am at First Friends Church. Calling hours are one hour prior to services in the church. Burial will be in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens.
