Carolyn "Kay" Kungle, age 78, of Hartville, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday April 19, 2017 in the comfort of her home. She was born on December 9, 1938 in Frametown, WV to the late Paul and Beatrice (Stout) Woods. After graduating she worked for Ohio Bell Telephone, married John Kungle on April 23rd, 1966, and they started their family. She enjoyed arts and crafts, gardening, her pets, and being with family. She loved the outdoors, nature and fishing with her husband. She was a member of Solid Rock Fellowship.

She is survived by her husband John; sons and daughters-in-law Steve and Jennifer, Michael, Corey and Jennifer; grandchildren Johnathan and Megan, Chance and Alek, Sandra Kay and Kate; brother Jack (Sandy) Woods; sister Shirley Vitrano; and sisters-in-law Patricia (Ted) Marusiak and Kim McAbee.

Calling hours are Friday 5-8 PM at Arnold Funeral Home Hartville. Funeral services are Saturday 11:00 AM at Solid Rock Fellowship with Pastor Marvin Thomas officiating. Final resting place is Marlboro Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Alzheimers Assoc at www.alz.org
