Carol Jeanne (Shetler) Schario, age 92, was born on October 7, 1931 to Dan and Lucille Shetler, and died on February 21, 2024. She received her faith foundation at St. Paul's EUB Church. She graduated from Lincoln High School Class of 1949. She is survived by husband Robert Schario whom she was married to for 67 years and their three children: Doug (Becky) Schario, Annette (Brian) Finley and Steve (Michelle) Schario and grandchildren: Ryan Schario, Rachel (John) Fleming, Kathleen Finley, Hannah (Brian) Benton, Elizabeth (Cameron) Collier, Julianne (Ben) Kimball, Matthew Schario, Adam Schario, Mallory Schario, Jon Schario and Ellie Schario and great-grandchildren Kollyns and Rowan Fleming and Annie Kimball. She is also survived by her sisters Betty Gill and Lynda (Denny) Bank, and sister-in-law Ann Shetler.

Carol's career was with the business office of Ohio Bell Telephone Co. and much later as seamstress with Jill Stanbro's Drapery Workroom. Her interests were her family, sewing, swimming, aerobics (Stretch-n-Grow) and tennis.

Carol will be laid to rest by her family in a private ceremony at Foxfield Preserve of the Wilderness Center. Please sign the tribute page.
