Burton F. Laughlin, age 85, of Hartville passed away Saturday morning July 16, 2016. He was born on October 19, 1930 in Arnoldsburg, Wst Virginia to the late Raymond and Lilly Laughlin. He was a Korean War Army Veteran. Burt retired from Monarch Rubber Company after 40 years of service. He was an avid gardener and enjoyed visiting his home place in West Virginia.

Preceded in death by his wife Josephine April 9, 1981 and brother Raymond and sister-in-law Norma Laughlin. He is survived by his children Sandy (Clark) Swisher, Ronald (Nancy) Laughlin, Diane (Ed) Tanksley and Sharon Bauer; grandchildren Jason and Samantha Swisher, Zachary, Lydia, Noah and Sarah Laughlin, Travis and Nickie Tanksley, C J and Victoria Bauer; brother Kenneth Laughlin and sister Carol Ann (Ted) Owens; and other relatives and friends.

Calling hours are Saturday July 23rd, 10 AM- noon and funeral services begin at 12 noon all at the Hartville Church of the Brethren with Pastor Anthony DiMarco. Final resting place is Sunset Hills Burial Park.
