Bobby E. Griffin, age 76, of Hartville, went home to be with the Lord on Monday morning May 24, 2010 at Aultman Hospital. He was born in Walton, West Virginia on December 22, 1933 to the late Carry and Eula Ethel (Gibson) Griffin. He retired from SonoCo. of Monroe Falls. He was a hard-working man who enjoyed life. In the summertime you could always see Bobby sitting in his swing outside his home on Lake St. and he always had a wave for everyone. Preceded in death by his wife of 56 years Ethel L.; son Roger; son-in-law Bill Ault; granddaughter Melissa; 4 brothers and one sister. He is survived by his daughter Linda Ault; sons Bobby Jr. and Kathy Griffin of Marion, Harry and Theresa Griffin of Florida, Kenneth and Bell Griffin of Youngstown; 11 grandchildren John, James, Robert, Anastasia, Melinda, Melanie, Michael, David, Ginger Lea, Kenneth Jr. and Carolina; 11 great-grandchildren James II, Madison, Abby, Chloe, Wyatt, Abigail, Morgan, Kaylee, Alissa, Joey, Kenny III; and one great-grandchild on the way; brother Joe, sisters Carol and Linda, and other relatives and friends. Calling hours are Friday 6-9 PM and one hour prior to services on Saturday 10-11 AM all at the Arnold Funeral Home. Services are Saturday 11 AM. Final resting place is Mount Peace Cemetery.
