Bill J. Bruner, age 71, of Hartville, passed away Monday June 25, 2007 at Aultman Hospital with his family by his side. He was born in Scott County, Virginia on October 12, 1935 and served in the Marines during the Korean War. A resident of Hartville since 1960, Bill owned and operated the Hartville Pool Hall. He retired in 1997 from Heiser Sand and Gravel. He enjoyed his yard work, taking his grandsons fishing, cards, and his dogs, Wheezer and Jack. Preceded in death by father C. R., step-mother Patsy and mother Grace Bruner; brother, C. R. Jr; and sister Dorothy Cole. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Helen "Bee"; sons and daughters-in-law, Billy and Joanie of Carrollton, Chris and Donna of Hartville; grandsons, Robbie, Nick and Sam; brother and sister-in-law J. D. and Darlene of Indianapolis, IN; sister and brother-in-law Maretha and Lenny Durham of Monteray, TN; special childhood friend Faye Bullis of Church Hill, TN; and aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends. Friends may call Thursday 6-8 PM in the Arnold Funeral Home and Friday one hour prior to services 10-11 AM. Funeral services are Friday 11 AM in the funeral home with Rev.
