Beverly Ruth Sweitzer, age 80, of Jackson Township, went to join her husband Glen after a brief illness. Born in Canton to the late William and Lela (McClain) Moore; she was a life resident. Beverly was a graduate of Lincoln High School and had worked for the O'Neil Department Store. Her previous home was designated an official Backyard Wildlife by the National Wildlife Federation and the Ohio Division of Wildlife. Beverly's memberships included Lincoln Alumni and the Animal Coalition. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Glen in 2008, sister; Faye Staugh and a brother; Donald Moore. Beverly is survived by a son Michael (Theresa) Sweitzer of Jackson Twp, daughter; Rebecca (Albert) Rollins, III, of Woodstock, GA, brother; Robert Moore and Sister; Sara Jane Cook. 2 Cats; Mickey and Misty and her faithful companion Rommel also survive. Funeral Service will be Tuesday, 11 a.m. in the Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home 4817 Cleveland Ave. NW. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.
