Beverly J. Badger, 77, of Welton Road, Bolivar, Ohio, died Sunday evening, July 8, 2018, at home. She was a cancer victim. Bev was the daughter of Harold and Mary Louise Polen of Suffield, Ohio. Surviving are her husband, Bill Badger, and their five children: Trent (Kris) Badger of Uniontown, Ohio, Tammy (Kevin) Crowe of Minerva, Ohio, Amy (Steve) Seykora of Geneva, Illinois, Bill (Sarah) Badger and Dave (Michelle) Badger all of Flagstaff, Arizona. There are 11 grandchildren. Bev also left her sister, Barb Garner of Birmingham, Alabama, and her family, and her brother, Dave (Carol) Polen of Suffield, Ohio, and their family. Bev and her mother were best of friends and confidants for many years as were Bev and her sister, Barb, and Bev and her sister-in-law, Carol. Bev was an elementary school teacher until she was able to satisfy her biggest ambition, which was to be the best mother she could be. Funeral service will be 3:00 P.M. Thursday in Christ Presbyterian Church. A private burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery in Millersburg, Ohio. Friends may call on Wednesday from 5 to 7 P.M. in the Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home 710 Tuscarawas St.,W. Bev was a long time member of the Chancel Choir of Christ Presbyterian Church, as were many of her close friends.
