Betty L. Silvus, age 88, of Canton passed away on February 28, 2023, at Aultman Hospital surrounded by her family.  She was born October 17, 1934, in Philo, Ohio, to Denzil and Elsie (Hosom) Frame.

Betty is preceded in death by her husband, Neil Silvus, her son-in-law, Terry Bucher, and brother-in-law, Burdette Stewart. She is survived by her children, Kimberly Bucher and Jeff (Penny) SIlvus; grandchildren Ryan Bucher, Stacey (Vince) Costello, Tiffany (Kallen) Richardson, Dustin (Shelby) Silvus; great grandchildren Mallory and Camden Richardson and Cooper Silvus; sister Sharlene Stewart and brother Gary (Lyn) Frame; and several nieces and nephews.

She enjoyed traveling and spending time with family.  She was a member of the Northwest Church of Christ, Canton Edgefield AARP, and Ohio Power Retirees.

Calling hours will be held from 10-11 a.m. on Friday, March 10, in the Arnold Funeral Home at 1517 Market Ave N. Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. in the funeral home with ministers Keith Kull and John Wright officiating. Final resting place is Forest Hill Cemetery.
