Bernadette Ruth Friesel, age 73, of Canton, passed away on Thanksgiving, November 24, 2022. She was born on April 17, 1949. Bernadette worked as a waitress and general factory work. She loved her family and was a kind giving person to everyone she met.

Preceded in death by her husband Charles David Friesel, son Ira Donald Friesel. She is survived by her son Charles David Friesel II; grandchildren Bridgette-Mae Anne Friesel, Heather Phillips and Nick Phillips; great-grandchildren Aubryanna, Serenity and Joshua II; and other friends and relatives.

Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of her life will be held Saturday 1:00 PM, December 10th at Canton Freewill Baptist Church, 2817 Harmont Ave NE, Canton.
